The following cancellation conditions apply at Fenix Hall:

• free of charge up to 3 months before arrival
• 3 months to 1 month before arrival 40%
• 1 month to 1 week before arrival 70%
• In the last week or on the day of arrival 100%

Otherwise, the provisions of the general terms and conditions of the hotel industry apply
